When I was in my late teens, I discovered yoga almost by chance and I felt an immediate sense of physical and mental clarity. That first class in 2006 sparkled the desire for self-study and after that, yoga gradually started taking over my life. Almost 10 years later, I discovered the ashtanga yoga method and learned the foundational principles of the primary series with Mary Powell in Oxford. In 2019, I moved to Norway where I graduated from my 200-hr teacher training under the guidance of Alex Medin. Thanks to his teachings, I learned the principal texts on Yoga, some Vedic chants as well as asana and pranayama techniques. In 2022, I travelled to the city of Mysore in India to study with Saraswathi Jois at the KPJAY institute. I continue to find inspiration from this discipline, taking every opportunity to visit senior teachers such as Kino MacGregor, Luke Jordan, Petri Raisanen and I am forever grateful for all of their teachings.
Since September 2022 I’ve been teaching yoga to share the power of transformation that comes from within the practitioner through dedication, discipline, determination and positive attitude.
